Product Photography
Our system is designed to be simple are easy for any size business to use. We don’t requires any upfront payment of any kind – the only thing we need from you before the shoot starts is a singed contract to say you will genuinely consider the photos and request any changes before disregarding them.
Pricing & Extra Charges
Pricing is simple for us you can buy as little as one image if you like! Our flat rate image fee is $20 per image – however we will present you 1-5 package deals to buy multiple images at a cheaper price.
We have no sneaky add ons or extra charges. However if a specific prop or a model is required by you you may be charged an extra fee. Model fees are usually a minimum of $50.
Touch ups & Reshoots
We wont let you walk away unsatisfied. please be sure to communicate any changes or touch ups you’d like made to your images before selecting them for purchase!
We know the power of great imagery so if we have missed something or haven’t quite got your vision please let us know and we will do everything we can to make your product shot dreams come true!

Shipping & Delivery
Currently OC photography only ships to New Zealand. However shipping outside of NZ can be arrange and to do so please email us here and we can provide a quote for you. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.00 within NZ. Please allow 3-5 days shipping within NZ. Unfortunalty we can not ship to PO box addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return your print please make sure it aligns with our returns policy which you can view here. All return costs must be covered by you, unless we have made an error with your order then OC will cover the shipping costs.
Additional Sizing Requests
OC offers a wide range of sizes, ranging from A4 – A0 prints. All our prints are unframed for framing information, see below. We are able to customize our printing sizes to your needs if you are after a specific sized print. Please get in touch here to get a quote.
Framing Service
Sometimes framing can be an exhausting task and you simply cant be bothered with the task. If you would like your print framed we offer this service and can provide you a quote to have your art, printed, framed and shipped straight to your door ready for showcasing in your home. We offer three types of frame styles in three different colour options, black, white and raw (a natural looking timber). Get in touch here to receive a quote.
